Wayfare Energy islooking for an experienced Electrician Lead (Solar) to manage and ensure the efficiency, quality and safety of the PV solar installation process at residential sites across the Bradenton/Sarasota area.

Responsibilities Include:

• Install electrical forroof/attic residential worksites from start to finish during the PV solar installation process
• Project plan, read blueprintsand understand code
• Travel to residentialcustomer sites and perform installs
• Work with customers andsite crew to ensure tasks are performed on time, efficiently and safely
• Complete reports andother documentation

Qualified candidate willhave:

• 2-3 years solarexperience
• Residential foremanexperience with ability to lead a productive crew
• Attention to detail with emphasis on quality and safety
• Willing to travel
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• NABCEP certification preferred
• Formal education and/or training preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in all weather environments depending on job location
• Ability to work on roofsand in tight crawl spaces and attic settings
