We are seeking a Compliance Test Technician to support product compliance and certification efforts. This role is responsible for setting up test environments, executing verification and compliance tests, and ensuring products meet applicable industry standards, regulatory requirements, and certification criteria
. The Compliance Test Technician works closely with compliance engineers and cross‑functional teams to support pre‑certification and formal testing activities.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of test environments
, including hardware, software, and operating systems. - Support the development, execution, and documentation of test plans and procedures.
- Perform verification and compliance testing in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including test results, setup diagrams, and configuration records
. - Identify, document, track, and report defects; assist with issue reproduction, troubleshooting, and verification of fixes
. - Collaborate with compliance engineers to support product certification testing and ongoing certification maintenance.
- Ensure test environments remain operational, accurate, and aligned with compliance needs.
- Preferred: 5+ years of relevant technical experience
- OR completion of a 2-year technical training program or associate degree
- Experience working in a laboratory, testing, or validation environment is preferred.
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field and an interest in compliance or testing are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and apply them to product evaluation and testing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to learn new standards, tools, and testing methodologies
- Experience in product development, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with industry standards and certification processes
- Prior exposure to regulatory agencies or compliance testing environments
- Domain‑specific product knowledge relevant to the industry
