ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibility is to create memorable moments for our guests, serving as the first point of contact. You will greet incoming and departing guests warmly, maintain organization, engage in friendly small talk, put guests at ease during waiting periods, answer phones, and direct calls promptly and professionally. All of these actions demonstrate Fleming’s warmth and hospitality.
Qualifications- Minimum one year of previous experience providing customer service.
- Experience with answering customer calls and phone etiquette.
