Job Title: Dispensary Associate – Part time

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Position SummaryThe Dispensary Associate guides customers through cannabis education, provides product information and side effect guidance, and ensures compliance with state regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Show empathy and compassion to patients.
- Deliver the Tru Experience through elevated service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns per company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders efficiently.
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with duty leaders to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist customers with product or device issues.
- Work with leadership to find solutions to customer issues.
- Document customer issues on the patient profile.
- Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Follow all Trulieve policies and procedures as delivery associate.
- Assist with processing online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience.
- Minimum age 21 (or 18 in CT, PA, WV).
- Prior experience in retail and/or customer service preferred.
- Cash handling experience required.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Team player and able to work without supervision.
- Business sense, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Respectful interaction with customers and team members.
- Conversational English proficiency; computer, laptop, telephone use.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform job duties.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery role.
- Pass a comprehensive background‑check.
Must move intermittently, see and hear, and use prosthetics if needed; function independently with flexibility, integrity, and ability to work with patients of diverse needs.
Physical RequirementsRequires constant movement throughout the facility, communicating sensitive information, inspecting details, operating computing devices, manipulating objects up to 50 lbs, using ladders, etc. Occasional seated work.
Work ScheduleFlexible hours; must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. Position up to 25 hours per week, may work after hours.
