• Lead the full spectrum of day‑to‑day accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and detailed job costing.
• Prepare, review, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in full compliance with GAAP, turning data into insight.
• Own cash flow management, forecasting, and banking relationships, ensuring liquidity and financial stability as the business grows.
• Partner closely with operations to track production costs, material usage, and profitability, driving smarter operational decisions.
• The Controller will support budgeting, capital planning, audits, and tax coordination, working seamlessly with external advisors and partners.

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
