Role Description

The Client Services Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bradenton, FL. This position oversees daily client service operations, supporting front‑line team members in delivering responsive, accurate, and friendly service across banking and related products. The supervisor manages client inquiries and escalations, monitors service quality, and ensures that client interactions align with Liberty’s standards for satisfaction and professionalism. Responsibilities include coaching and mentoring staff, scheduling and workload management, and implementing process improvements to enhance the client experience.

The role also involves collaborating with internal departments, maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulations, and using data and feedback to optimize client service performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance coaching, and staff development.
  • Experience in Client Services and Customer Service, with a focus on relationship‑building and problem resolution.
  • Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through service quality, responsiveness, and follow‑through.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Background in banking, financial services, or a related client‑facing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work on‑site in Bradenton, FL, and manage a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with common office and banking software; comfort learning new systems and tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, finance, or related fields is a plus.
