Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Specialist for Centre Point. The role focuses on delivering great member service and supporting our mission to grow people, communities, money and dreams.

Required Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Excellent verbal communication (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus)
• Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products

Physical Demands

• Ability to see and hear, write and speak English
• Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation

Work Environment

• This position is in-person. You ll thrive in the energetic environment of our retail stores
• As part of your week, you may occasionally travel between various Grow locations
• In this role, you ll participate in Saturday coverage rotation, with flexible availability required
