First Horizon Bank - 5844 14th Street West - Responsibilities:
Provide teller and platform support to ensure minimal client wait times and high-quality service;
Open and process new deposit and account products including checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, and money market accounts;
Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships;
Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects and participate in targeted campaigns;
Assist banking center management with training of new associates and ensure compliance with policies and operational updates
