Exciting opportunity to grow with a locally-owned salon in Lakewood Ranch. We are looking for an experienced Manager and Stylists at our Lakewood Ranch, FL location.
Job DescriptionProvide guests with excellent service! Our services are oncutting, styling, & coloring. Delivering a great experience at all times by providing quality consultations, exceptional service, and the skills to create the desired look.
If you have leadership experience and a dedication to great customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Qualifications- Current State of Florida Cosmetology or Barber license.
- Always on customer service focus
- Keen attention to quality service
- Leader to motivate and build a team & also be a team player
- Desire to learn new techniques
- Know the latest trends and styles
- Dedicated to staff development
- Able to give classes and train staff on a consistent basis
- Flexibility required including evenings and weekends
- Strong cash management skills / POS and computer skills
