ABA Solutions is seeking a compassionate, certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA therapy services to children and adolescents in school and home environments throughout the Bradenton, FL area.

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and report data using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with caregivers and school staff to support generalization.
• Attend regular supervision sessions and team meetings.

• Free in-house Type 2 CEUs
• Supervision by USF-certified BCBAs
• Analyst coaching and practicum hour support
• Regular team meetups and case collaboration opportunities

• Active RBT certification through the BACB (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• 6+ months of experience with children or individuals with disabilities (preferred)
• Afternoon availability (preferred)
• Reliable transportation for in-field sessions
