Compensation: $95,000–$105,000+ annually + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bradenton is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our growing outpatient physical therapy clinic. This is an exceptional opportunity for a clinician who wants to combine patient care excellence with leadership, team development, and clinic growth.

- Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
- Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining exceptional standards of care
- Mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members
- Drive clinic growth through patient satisfaction, physician relationships, and community engagement
- Create and improve clinic workflows, systems, and processes
- Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and company standards
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and support strategic growth initiatives
- Partner with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Previous leadership, management, or mentoring experience
- Interest in clinic operations, business growth, and team development
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to drive results
- Experience or interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, or pelvic health
