Compensation: $95,000–$105,000+ annually + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No Weekends

• Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic
• Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining exceptional standards of care
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members
• Drive clinic growth through patient satisfaction, physician relationships, and community engagement
• Create and improve clinic workflows, systems, and processes
• Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and company standards
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and support strategic growth initiatives
• Partner with ownership to achieve operational and financial goals

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
• Previous outpatient orthopedic physical therapy experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence

• Previous leadership, management, or mentoring experience
• Interest in clinic operations, business growth, and team development
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to drive results
• Experience or interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance therapy, or pelvic health
