Responsibilities:
As a Companion Homemaker, you will have some of the following responsibilities:
- Bringing life-energizing care to a vulnerable population
- Helping people stay in their own homes safely and successfully
- Well-Being Observation
- Medication Reminders
- Companionship and Conversation
- Social Activities
- Light Housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Grocery Shopping or Other Errands
- Transportation to Doctors and other appointments
- Pet Care
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License with reliable transportation. We work in people's homes all around Manatee County. You must be able to reliably work anywhere in the county on time.
- High School Diploma
- Passion for helping seniors
- CPR Certification. If you don't have it already, we will get you CPR certified as part of your training.
- Background Screening Requirement:
