Field Technician

Overview

Join On-Site Health & Safety as a Health & Safety Incident Response Technician (Field Technician).

• Respond to health and safety incidents at various worksites (e.g., construction, refineries) in a company vehicle.
• Provide first aid and incident reports, perform health screenings, and draw blood when certified.

• Work an alternative work week, 5 days/8-hour shifts
• Hourly pay: $18-$22

• EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse
• Or with additional in-house training:
  Emergency Medical Responder, X-Ray Technician, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant

• At least 18 years of age
• Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
• Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements

• Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly.
• You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods.
• Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.
