Responsibilities Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provides quality mental health care and education services for adolescents, ages 11–17 who are experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational, family and social challenges. The dedicated professionals at Palm Shores Behavioral Health Center provide quality mental health treatment for children. The program establishes healthy behaviors and prepares children to transition back home. The Director of Clinical Services provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
This role oversees clinical programs, ensures regulatory compliance, supports clinical staff, and collaborates with organizational leadership to drive excellence in service delivery and patient outcomes. Participate is Administrator on Call rotation.

QualificationsRequirements:
Licensure by the State of Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred; LMHC or LMFT required. A Master's degree in social work with at least five (5) years' experience working with an emotionally disturbed population, which preferable would include adolescents. Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the mental health field. At least two (2) years' experience in clinical and administrative supervision.
Must be able to perform medium physically demanding work requiring walking, sitting or standing most of the time. Must be able to participate in the physical restraint and seclusion of patients. Must be able to participate in and complete Handle With Care Training on an annual basis.
