Water's Edge Assisted Living of Bradenton is looking for enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Weekend Activities Assistants. • Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of activities, entertainment, and recreational therapies for residents
• Engage residents in social, physical, and cognitive activities to promote well-being and quality of life
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and enjoyment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure activities meet residents’ needs and preferences
• Maintain a safe and clean activity area, adhering to facility policies and procedures

• Genuine interest in working with seniors and enhancing their daily experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs and schedules
• Prior experience in activities coordination or healthcare is a plus but not required
• Reliable, responsible, and able to commit to both Saturday and Sunday shifts
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for serving others
