HCA Florida Blake Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our team. You will coordinate all phases of nutrition care, including nutrition assessment, care planning, counseling of hospitalized patients and outpatients in a variety of settings.
You will perform duties in line with performance improvement plans, JCAHO, licensing, accrediting and regulatory requirements. A strong focus on patient-centered care and accurate nutrition support will be essential in this role.
