Coastal Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, motivated clinician who enjoys working directly with patients and helping them regain strength, mobility, function, and confidence.

At Coastal Orthopedics, you’ll work alongside experienced physical therapists, orthopedic providers, and a dedicated clinical team while providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern outpatient setting.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and other treatment interventions.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises, home programs, proper techniques, and injury prevention.
• Assist patients in improving strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and overall function.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide a positive, compassionate patient experience throughout the course of treatment.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to support excellent patient outcomes.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  .
• Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Orthopedic or outpatient experience preferred.
