• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations (DTO) to identify clinical improvement opportunities through data analysis and patient feedback.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, referral sources, and payer groups through routine communication and engagement initiatives.
• Utilize our advanced clinical systems to ensure thorough documentation, optimal coding practices, accurate charge capture, and comprehensive follow-through on patient care orders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Florida State Practice Acts, Rules and Regulations, and Workers' Compensation Regulations to maintain the highest standards of legal and ethical practice.
• Drive metrics related to patient and client experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout their treatment journeys.
• Consistently adhere to all components outlined in the Physical Therapy Guidebook to provide best practices and enhance service delivery.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from post-surgical procedures, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain syndromes. You will work closely with individuals of various ages and backgrounds, tailoring treatment plans to meet their unique needs. By effectively assessing their progress, you will play a crucial role in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving overall quality of life.

• An active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with patients, families, and team members effectively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently.
• A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
• A passion for improving patient outcomes and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based practices.

• Experience in specialized areas such as orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric care, or neurological rehabilitation is highly valued.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and clinical documentation workflows is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions effectively.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
