As a Surgical Technician, you will play an essential role in the
safety, efficiency, and success of surgical procedures
. Working closely with the surgical team, you will serve as the primary scrub technician, anticipating the needs of the surgeon and maintaining a safe, organized, and sterile environment throughout each procedure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment
• Serve as the primary scrub technician during surgical procedures
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and surgical team
• Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures
• Assist with surgical room preparation and turnover
• Ensure instruments and equipment are properly handled and maintained
• Work collaboratively with nurses, surgeons, and other members of the surgical team
• Support a high standard of patient safety and quality care

• Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist program preferred
• Certified Surgical Technologist preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Surgery center-based Surgical Technician experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to sterile technique
• Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced, collaborative surgical team
• Professional, dependable, and patient-focused approach
