Responsibilities:
- Take patient meal orders
- Deliver carts to the correct floor or patient area
- Collect trays and dispose of trash appropriately
- Replenish floor stock with food and nutrition items
- Assemble patient meals ensuring high quality and proper temperature
- Assist in assembling flatware and kitchenware
- Ensure proper rotation during restocking
- Set up, break down, and sanitize trayline equipment and serving areas
- Perform computer-related activities as required
- Serve patient meals accurately, understanding patient diets
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, ability to work in a hospital or food service environment, and physical ability to stand for long periods. Must be able to work weekdays, rotating weekends, and some holidays.
