** What You’ll Do
*** Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.
* Support patients’ comfort, dignity, and independence through individualized care.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated service.
* Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical staff.
* Travel within the assigned service area to deliver care as scheduled.##

** What You’ll Need
*** Valid
** Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License) or HHA Certification**.
* ** CPR certification** (in-house classes available if needed).
* Minimum of
** six (6) months of healthcare or home health experience
** preferred.
* Ability to
** lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
*** Ability to
** communicate effectively in English
** and
** operate a motor vehicle
** within the service area.
* ** Valid Florida Driver License and proof of auto insurance.*
