Tidewell Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us in patients in private homes, long-term care facilities or assisted-living facilities.

What you’ll Do- Overall care of the patient, from basic personal care like taking vital signs and bathing to household tasks that assist the primary caregiver.
- Educating the patient and primary caregiver about personal care, patient positioning and daily living.

- Applicants must have Florida State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant, including a minimum of 75 education hours of theory and clinical in preparation for a CNA license.
- Current CPR certification.
- One year of recent experience in hospice, home health or acute-care setting is preferred.
- CHPNA certification is strongly encouraged within three years of hiring.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
