Cardiac Device Tech Bradenton & Lakewood Ranch, FL | $34–$40/hour | Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time Take Your Cardiac Device Experience to the Next Level! Nextaff of Sarasota is hiring an experienced Cardiac Device Technician for an outstanding full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a leading cardiology practice. If you have experience in an EP Lab, Cath Lab, or cardiac device clinic and are ready for a position where your technical expertise plays a direct role in patient care, this could be an excellent next step.
You'll work alongside cardiology providers and clinical professionals managing cardiac devices, reviewing remote transmissions, identifying arrhythmias, troubleshooting device concerns, and helping patients understand their cardiac care.
- $34–$40/hour, based on experience and credentials
- Full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule

- Perform routine in-office cardiac device evaluations
- Review and interpret remote cardiac device transmissions
- Maintain and manage remote monitoring systems
- Identify arrhythmias and communicate clinically significant findings
- Troubleshoot cardiac device and monitoring issues
- Interpret technical and diagnostic device information
- Document device evaluations and findings accurately in the EMR
- Communicate findings to physicians and other members of the clinical team
- Educate patients regarding their cardiac devices and remote monitoring
- Support cardiology offices in Bradenton and Lakewood Ranch
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an EP Lab, Cath Lab, or equivalent cardiology/device clinic
- Experience working with cardiac devices and device monitoring
- Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and medical terminology
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable communicating with patients, physicians, and clinical staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Cardiac Device Technician program
- IBHRE certification
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Exercise Science, or a related field
