Job Description Join TELOS Health Systems as a Outpatient Occupational Therapist (Part-Time) in Bradenton, FL. TELOS supports healthcare partners across multiple markets with a strong focus on patient care, clinician support, and staffing excellence.
** Outpatient Occupational Therapist (OT)**
* ** OT hourly rate: $47-55/hour
**** Monthly travel stipend of $250/mo for part-time and full-time

** We are seeking licensed
** Occupational Therapists (OTs)
** in Florida to join our growing team. As a OT at Sequoia Care, you'll assess and implement treatment plans that help individuals regain daily living skills, restore function, and thrive in their environments. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Conduct evaluations and develop customized occupational therapy treatment plans
* Deliver direct therapy to residents in senior living setting
* Focus on improving residents' performance in activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and cognitive function
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy goals and strategies
* Document progress and modify treatment plans based on resident response
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure integrated care
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
* ** Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida** (required)
* ** Senior living or similar experience preferred
*** Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
* CPR certification (per facility/state requirements)
* Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills
* A passion for resident care, progress, and functional independence
