  • Provide professional, courteous service to patients by phone
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA and patient privacy requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of experience in a medical practice or hospital environment
  • Previous medical scheduling, patient access, medical office, or similar experience
  • Experience with insurance verification, medical terminology, healthcare billing, or authorizations is a plus
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills, excellent telephone and customer-service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • HS diploma or equivalent

If you’re an experienced medical office professional who is organized, dependable, comfortable working with patients by phone, and ready for your next opportunity in healthcare, Nextaff of Sarasota wants to hear from you.
