Compass Group - Up to $19.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen, work areas, and utensils in sanitary condition;
Washes and rinses dishes by hand or uses dishwashing machine as assigned;
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler and related equipment;
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to standards; follows safety procedures;
Keeps dish area clean and orderly; sweeps and mops floors; transfers supplies as needed
