Responsible for overnight hotel operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, guest services, and security of the property during night hours. This position combines front desk responsibilities with accounting oversight.

• Perform nightly audits of all hotel's financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reports, postings, and reconciliations
• Act as the primary point of contact for guest needs and inquires overnight, from resolving issues to handling special requests
• Coordinate guest routing, review and finalize room assignments, and ensure systems are properly organized before morning shift arrives
• Collaborate with Front Desk morning shift to address outstanding items from the night audit and communicate any pertinent information to ensure exceptional guest service
• Check guests in and out, answer phones, and assist with various guest needs throughout the night
• Ensure that all charges for rooms, food, beverage, phones and miscellaneous are posted correctly
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel service, facilities, hours of operation, restaurants, transportation and entertainment
• Protect confidential guest and proprietary information in accordance with company policies
• Handle guest challenges in a friendly and courteous manner
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Previous experience in hotel night audit is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Hotel operating systems and accounting software is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

• Ability to lift, move, push and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 20lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to operate office equipment such as computers
