Job Summary

Assists in administering company policies and procedures related to all phases of human resources activity, either directly or through others. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities across HRIS, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training, and benefits.

Essential Job Functions
  • Recruit and staff logistics, including new‑hire onboarding, orientation, and training logistics.
  • Assist with employee relations and community employee communications.
  • Benefits administration and record‑keeping; process enrollments, changes, and terminations of all benefit plans.
  • Maintain employee records, keeping personnel files up‑to‑date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Maintain the HRIS database and generate scheduled or requested reports to assist management.
  • Reconcile monthly billing statements against payroll deductions.
  • File all compliance reports with state and federal government; assist in the implementation and tracking of company safety and health programs.
  • Operate day‑to‑day HR office functions and support the HR Director as needed.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and represent the department in additional meetings and seminars.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration.

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in Human Resource Administration.

Certifications: HR Certification through SHRM or HRCI preferred.
