Corporate​/Agency Recruiter

We have an outstanding Contract position for aCorporate/Agency Recruiter.

This position is 100% remote.

Pay Rate: $38 to $40 an hour

Recruiters will work remotely as an extension of the client's internal TA team  

Basic Hiring Criteria:

+  Full lifecycle corporate recruiting experience

+  Strong background recruiting field sales and territory sales roles

+  Ability to quickly ramp up and manage active requisitions

+  Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment  

+  Experience partnering with hiring managers and working independently

+  5+ years of recruiting experience

+  Corporate or agency recruiting background (preferred)

+  

Experience with high-volume hiring and recruiting surges

+  Able to manage 20 requisitions simultaneously

+  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
