Position Summary

PRIME VACATIONS is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our email marketing strategy, manage strategic partnerships, and oversee the development of key marketing initiatives across digital and print platforms. This individual will own the full lifecycle of our Hub Spot marketing efforts, from segmentation and automation to execution and reporting. The ideal candidate will also have a strong grasp of SEO, PPC campaigns, Google Analytics, and local partnership development.

Key Responsibilities /Essential Functions Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Support the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase bookings, and grow brand visibility
  • Manage content calendar across digital platforms, including email, paid media, blog, and website updates
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop high performing landing pages, seasonal campaign assets, and digital storytelling opportunities
  • Stay current on digital trends and emerging tools to continuously optimize performance and identify new opportunities for growth
  • Assist with influencer campaigns, user generated content initiatives, and digital partnerships that align with brand goals
Email Strategy & Hub Spot Management
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns using Hub Spot, including creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and optimization
  • Develop automated workflows and personalized email journeys to enhance guest engagement, encourage repeat bookings, and support promotions
  • Monitor key performance metrics (open rates, click through, conversions, unsubscribes, etc.) and translate insights into campaign improvements
  • Maintain list health and manage audience segmentation strategies across lifecycle stages
Local Partnership Development
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Visitors Bureau and local Chambers of Commerce
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with local partners to support cobranded marketing initiatives, community engagement, and PR opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate participation in local events, sponsor ships, and destination tourism campaigns
Marketing Collateral Oversight
  • Lead the development, execution, and quality assurance of all marketing collateral, including print pieces, digital brochures, signage, and branded materials
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and print vendors to ensure assets are brandaligned and support sales, promotions, and guest communication goals
  • Maintain an organized system for asset management and collateral distribution
SEO, PPC, & Analytics
  • Manage or oversee the execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, retargeting, etc.) with a focus on ROI and attribution
  • Partner with SEO teams to enhance organic performance through optimized landing pages, keyword strategies, and content planning
  • Track, analyze, and report on all marketing efforts using GA4, Hub Spot analytics, and third party tools — providing actionable insights to inform strategy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, automa tion, and campaign execution
  • Proficiency in Hub Spot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO best practices, and GA4
  • Experience managing marketing partnerships and/or community relationships is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills; design experience a bonus
