Can understand how to develop psychological safety on teams; understand the importance of transparency and vulnerability, and facilitate a healthy diversity of opinions and views, improving communication on an ongoing basis and helps teams confront conflict in a productive fashion.

The Agile Delivery Lead has a keen sense of balance between UX design, engineering capabilities, user/customer needs, process, and business goals to facilitate building walking prototype skeletons and making smart tradeoffs. Can be a leader who unleashes the intrinsic motivation of individuals and teams, building esprit de corps through word and action.
