- Relevant certification or degree in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Experience with claims management software.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and its practices.
- Proficiency in claims processing and management systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
