Enterprise Risk Associates, d/b/a Assure, is growing and looking for an experienced insurance professional who wants more than just their next job. We are seeking candidates who currently hold either an active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or Florida 2-20 General Lines License.
For a strong 4-40 candidate, this is an opportunity to continue developing your insurance career in a welcoming and encouraging environment, with ongoing education and support toward pursuing your 2-20 license.
For an experienced 2-20 agent, this role offers the opportunity to service and grow client relationships while earning commission in addition to hourly compensation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO- Assist existing clients with their insurance needs and provide excellent customer service
- Review policies, coverages, renewals, endorsements, and client requests within the authority of your license
- Prepare quotes and assist clients with coverage options
- Follow up on renewals, pending items, cancellations, billing matters, and client documentation
- Identify opportunities to better protect clients and offer additional appropriate coverage
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation in the agency management system
- Work closely with carriers, underwriters, and other members of the agency team
- For appropriately licensed and appointed 2-20 agents, develop new business and participate in commission‑eligible sales opportunities
- Support the continued growth of our Bradenton office and Enterprise Risk Associates
- Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License required
- Property and casualty insurance experience
- Strong client service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on outstanding items
- Someone who enjoys learning and wants to continue developing professionally
- Positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to be part of a growing organization
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

COMPENSATIONFlorida 4-40 Licensed Customer Representative: $22-$27 per hour based on experience, qualifications, and insurance knowledge, with opportunities for continued education and professional development, including support toward pursuing a Florida 2-20 General Lines License.
Florida 2-20 Licensed General Lines Agent: $28 per hour plus commission opportunities for eligible insurance production, subject to applicable licensing and appointment requirements and the company’s commission plan.
