Project Customer Service Representatives

Express Employment Professionals of Bradenton is seeking 10 PROJECT Customer Service Representatives for a property casualty insurance claims company that specializes in weather-related catastrophes. Their office operates out of Bradenton, FL

• Communicating with customers, agents, and adjustors to facilitate the handling of property and catastrophe insurance claims.
• Taking detailed calls from policyholders, explaining processes for claim handling, and taking detailed messages for agents and claims personnel.
• Performing entry of data into databases and platforms.

• Must be able to work (1) weekend day; OT not guaranteed.
• Ability to quickly toggle between multiple screens; handling a phone call and data entry simultaneously.
• 3 years of prior CSR experience in an office setting required; must have clear speaking voice, excellent computer skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills testing (Microsoft Office) required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.

• Must be able to work PROJECT, meaning this position will end when the claims slow down.
• Experience with and knowledge of Adobe required.
• Previous office experience required.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Insurance claims processing experience preferred.
