Freight Flow Associate

We are looking for an associate who will ensure compliance with all company policies, uphold the highest standards of safety and ethics, maintain product presentation, provide excellent member service, and support inventory and technology operations.

• Operate forklift and pallet jacks safely in accordance with company standards.
• Pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
• Complete work assignments by collaborating with managers, co‑workers, and business partners, prioritising tasks and communicating progress.
• Receive, organize, and inventory merchandise from distribution centres and suppliers, managing the inventory flow and maintaining accurate logs.
• Provide member service, acknowledge members, identify their needs, and assist with self‑service technology and purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a safe facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting, hazardous‑material, and steel‑standard procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation, slotting, rotating, and removing damaged or out‑of‑date goods, and setting up clean displays.
• Process defective merchandise and monitor shrink, security, and safety risks.
• Assist with club pick‑up orders, stage products, and perform occasional audits for accuracy.
• Use inventory tools to keep in‑stock levels, control shrinkage, and report poor inventory practices.
• Operate and maintain forklifts safely and report any unsafe conditions to management.
• Identify customers who need help with technology services, model usage, and assist with their needs.
• Identify and resolve shrink opportunities and other product or work‑area problems.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with team members, mentor others, and act with integrity and humility.
• Make decisions based on reliable information, balance short‑ and long‑term priorities, and influence the team to deliver on our purpose.
• Drive continuous improvements, embrace new technologies and skills, and support others through change.

• 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Experience supervising a team.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00 (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
