About Us Horizons Group Care is a residential program providing a safe and supportive environment for at-risk youth. Our facility emphasizes structure, safety, and care, and we take pride in maintaining a clean, healthy, and welcoming space for both residents and staff.

We are seeking a dependable Janitorial Staff Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for keeping our facility clean, sanitized, and well-maintained. This position plays a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of everyone in our care.

• Cleaning office areas and common spaces
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas throughout the facility
• Mopping and maintaining dining areas
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and urinals
• Wiping down desks, tables, and work surfaces
• Emptying and disposing of trash from all designated areas
• Replenishing restroom supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Cleaning windows and glass surfaces
• Wiping down furniture and ensuring surfaces are dust-free

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience preferred
• Knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation practices
• Ability to lift moderate weight and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a youth-care environment
