ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for maintenance, upkeep and appearance of facilities at various or specific locations throughout Operation Par and its affiliates.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:- Minimum1-5years workinginbuildingmaintenance.
- Self‑Motivating;cantroubleshootrepairneedsandworkontaskstocompletion.
- Completeworkordersintimelymanner,maintenanceofbuildings,andall related equipment.
- Monitorstheuseandinventoriesofspareparts,maintenancesupplies,andequipmentand initiates reordering when necessary.
- Maintainsandrepairsmaintenanceequipment
- Communicatesregularlywithallmaintenancetechnicians,bothindividuallyasasagroup,to ensure good 2 way communication concerning maintenance issues.
- Monitorsoperationofplantequipmentandsystems.
- Workswith
Directorsat
MAPSfacilitiestocoordinatevendorsandinspectorstoensurecity, county,state,andfederalregulationsrelatingtothemaintenancedepartmentarealwaysmet. - Experienceandknowledgeofbuildingmaintenanceand useofpowerandhandtools.

- Must be cleared by PAR auto insurance carrier to operate PAR vehicles
- Must pass level II background and drug screen
- Must maintain current training as required by Operation PAR, Inc. policies
