ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:

Operation PAR, Inc. is a non-profit organization offering the full continuum of services for individuals with substance use and/or mental health disorders. PAR has been providing comprehensive behavioral health treatment in west Florida since 1970 through advocacy, education, clinical services, and research.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for maintenance, upkeep and appearance of facilities at various or specific locations throughout Operation Par and its affiliates.

• Minimum1-5years workinginbuildingmaintenance.

• Completeworkordersintimelymanner,maintenanceofbuildings,andall related equipment.
• Monitorstheuseandinventoriesofspareparts,maintenancesupplies,andequipmentand initiates reordering when necessary.
• Maintainsandrepairsmaintenanceequipment
• Communicatesregularlywithallmaintenancetechnicians,bothindividuallyasasagroup,to ensure good 2 way communication concerning maintenance issues.
• Monitorsoperationofplantequipmentandsystems.
