Inspector – Prime Vacations

PRIME Vacations is looking for a well‑organized, detail‑oriented, self‑starting team member who values the sense of accomplishment that results from hard work, great communication, and being an integral part of a successful and fast‑growing team.

• Deliver sparkling clean and well‑maintained homes for owners and guests for our luxury vacation property portfolio.
• Perform field inspections using various software applications.
• Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests and meet‑and‑greetings.
• Work independently after receiving instructions, effectively communicate verbally and written.
• Handle problems by anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving as necessary.
• Maintain time management to complete tasks timely.
• Perform physical tasks: climb stairs, bend, stoop, work outdoors in all weather conditions, use ladders, lift and reach overhead.

• Valid, clean driver's license.
• Steady, reliable, and self‑motivated.
• Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) and adaptability.
• Positive attitude and sense of humor.
• Multitasking and effective listening skills.
• Required to be available weekends, especially during peak seasons.

Must be able to climb stairs, bend over, stoop, get on knees, work outside moving from home to home in all types of weather (rain, heat, cold, hurricane prep), and use ladders, lifts and reach overhead. The job requires movement, push, pull, lift, carry and ability to work in various environments.

Job Type: Part Time and Seasonal (full‑time optional).
Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

6–8‑hour shift, day shift, Sunday–Saturday, flexible schedule, some holidays.

On Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Bradenton, Hunter’s Pointe. Requires dependable transportation; you use your own personal vehicle to move from property to property.

High school or equivalent required.

Driver’s License (Required). Dependent transportation required.
