***** IMPACT ON BUSINESS:
*** To provide superior maintenance service to Beall’s Corporate Office Facilities (2 Campuses).
* Extensive interaction with Sr Manager of Corporate Services, Corporate Associates, Corporate Management, Mailroom Associates, Loss Prevention, etc.
** SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [Essential Functions]:
*** Maintain and repair all corporate equipment, including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc.
* Maintain and keep organized Maintenance Storeroom and equipment, including Cargo Van
* Inspect A/C units to determine need for unit replacement.
* Add and replace corporate equipment and lighting when needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned. (Painting, Desk or Office Equipment moves, etc.)
** QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:
*** Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on company needs.
* Must have a valid Florida Driver’s license.
* Electrical and air conditioning experience is required.
* Fluent in English.  Bi-Lingual a plus.
* Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with
* or without reasonable accommodations.
* Must have full body rotation and movement.
* Must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds with little or no difficulty.
* Must work with cleaning equipment and chemicals.
* Must be able to climb a 16 ft. ladder.
