Maintenance Technician- Community

Pay: $21–$22 per hour, based on experience.

• Complete general apartment and property maintenance, including basic plumbing andbasic electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and work orders
• Respondto resident maintenance requests with patience, professionalism, and acustomer-service mindset.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately every third week and respond toafter-hours maintenance needs when scheduled.
• Help maintain the overall community, including trash removal, property cleanup,grounds support, and other general maintenance needs.
• Assist with cleanup and property needs following storms, hurricanes, and severe weather, including picking up debris and helping the team get the community back in order.
• Pitchin wherever needed and work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to provide a safe, clean, and well-maintained community for our residents.

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-3years relevant work experience
• Computer proficiency is a plus

You should be patient,dependable, professional, and a strong person of character with a pitch-in mentality. We want someone who gets along with the team, communicates well, andis willing to help when something needs to get done. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, general repairs, and property maintenance is needed.

Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is a plus, but we’realso open to candidates with transferable maintenance or handyman experience.

You must have reliable transportation and your own basic tools and be able to participate in the every-third-week on-call rotation.
