House Manager – Maternity Home
Paid, Live-In Position - Faith-Centered Mission - Purpose-Driven Work
Are you a compassionate, steady-hearted woman who feels called to walk alongside pregnant women during one of the most important seasons of their lives? Do you thrive in a home environment where structure, grace, and mentorship come together to create safety, dignity, and hope?
Solve Maternity Homes is seeking a House Manager to serve as a leader, mentor, and role model within one of our residential maternity homes. This is a paid, live-in role for someone who desires to make a meaningful, lasting impact—every single day.
The Heart of the Role
The House Manager has primary responsibility for the overall supervision and care of the maternity home. She provides daily oversight of residents, Relief House Managers, volunteers, and guests, while modeling Christian values, emotional maturity, and healthy life skills.
Through consistent presence, encouragement, accountability, and mentorship, the House Manager helps pregnant women learn to care for themselves, prepare for motherhood, and build a foundation for life beyond Solve.
This role is equal parts leader, mentor, organizer, and encourager—and deeply rewarding for the woman who feels called to this work.
Life Experience & Calling
There is no “magic” age or stage of life that makes someone the right fit for this role. Our most successful House Managers have been as young as 22 and as seasoned as young-hearted 70, and everything in between.
What makes them successful is not their age or background—it is that they are operating in their calling. They don’t view this as “just a job,” but as a ministry of presence, mentorship, and faithful service during a sacred season in a woman’s life.
If you bring emotional maturity, consistency, compassion, and a willingness to lead with both grace and accountability, you may be exactly who we are looking for.
