DC Operations Manager(# Job Number: 2600002L)# ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Accurate and timely performance of administrative duties.
Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
At least 5 years’ experience in operations leadership preferred
Proven leadership skills and experience in employee relations
Critical thinking skills.
Multidisciplinary experience (i.e. operations, logistics, retail, supply chain, transportation, and distribution) is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to communicate logically and clearly in a group or individual setting.
Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, Power Point Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work requirements
Self-directed, multi-tasking, hands on, and action oriented with the ability to perform in high pressure and dynamic situations.
Ability to make decisions based on the complete Company perspective.
