About UsFisher and Associates, LLC is a professional architectural design firm specializing in retail, corporate office, and industrial projects. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to provide leadership and oversight for complex commercial architectural projects from the conclusion of design development through construction completion.
Position SummaryThe Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple high-profile projects while ensuring design excellence, technical quality, schedule performance, and client satisfaction. This role provides strategic direction to project teams, mentors staff, manages consultant relationships, and serves as a senior-level client advisor throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities- Lead production and delivery of construction documents in AutoCAD.
- Direct and mentor internal production staff and coordinate engineering consultants.
- Oversee project schedules, redlines, and quality control.
- Review shop drawing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction issues.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations.
- Serve as the primary senior contact for clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture; licensure strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of architectural project management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership on complex commercial projects.
- Expert knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods, including masonry, steel, and/or tilt-panel.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
