White Diamond Landscape is seeking a high-impact General Manager to aggressively drive regional growth, profitability, and operational performance. This role carries full ownership of the region’s financial results and is responsible for scaling revenue, expanding margins, strengthening market presence, and building a leadership team capable of sustaining rapid growth.
The General Manager operates as the business leader for the region, expected to execute with urgency, make data-driven decisions, and deliver measurable financial outcomes.
Key Accountabilities Revenue Growth and Profit ExpansionOwn complete regional P&L performance with direct accountability for accelerating revenue growth, expanding EBITDA, increasing gross margin, and optimizing labor efficiency.
Build and execute aggressive annual growth plans supported by disciplined budgeting and forward‑looking forecasting.
Drive pricing strategy, job costing accuracy, and margin protection across all branches.
Lead structured pipeline reviews with Business Development to ensure strong close rates, profitable contract renewals, and strategic upsell and cross‑sell growth.
Identify underperforming segments quickly and implement decisive turnaround strategies.
Market Expansion and Competitive PositioningDrive market share growth through geographic expansion, service line development, and strategic account acquisition.
Strengthen White Diamond’s competitive position by ensuring operational excellence supports ambitious sales targets.
Build executive level relationships with key clients to increase contract size, retention, and lifetime value.
Ensure branch leaders actively pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Operational Discipline and Performance ManagementEnforce consistent execution of operational standards, safety compliance, labor planning models, and quality controls across all branches.
Establish clear, non‑negotiable KPIs and hold leaders accountable to performance targets.
Continuously evaluate productivity metrics, job performance, and cost controls to drive margin improvement.
Implement process and technology enhancements that increase scalability and operational efficiency.
Leadership Performance and AccountabilityRecruit, develop, and retain high‑performing Operations Managers and Client Experience Managers capable of leading growth‑focused branches.
Set clear performance expectations and address underperformance swiftly and directly.
Establish structured leadership cadences including weekly performance reviews, one‑on‑ones, and accountability sessions.
Build a strong succession pipeline to support continued expansion.
QualificationsTen or more years of leadership experience in service‑based operations such as landscape, facilities services, construction, or related industries.
Demonstrated record of driving significant revenue growth and measurable margin improvement in a regional or divisional leadership role.
Experience managing a P&L exceeding twenty million dollars strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field required. MBA or advanced leadership development preferred.
Strong proficiency in operational systems, service management platforms such as Aspire, and KPI‑driven performance management.

Strong financial acumen with deep understanding of pricing, forecasting, labor modeling, and margin expansion strategies.
