Senior Project Manager

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project execution and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on [relevant industry].
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Must have experience in Civil construction or Marine Construction.
