** As we continue to expand, our products continue to grow right along with us--in volume and complexity.  That is why we need a highly skilled Brand Manager in our Apparel Division to help move us forward. As a Brand Manager, you will shape the aesthetic vision, financial strategies, seasonal concepts, and line assortments for designated businesses within our Exclusive Brands for Bealls and Bealls Florida divisions.

You will serve as the leader in guiding your team to align the business metrics to the product, introducing new, innovative, and trend-appropriate initiatives that will surprise and delight our guests every day.  Because our product development efforts are currently handled by cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in liaising communications with merchant partners, sourcing partners, import production teams, and key stakeholders to drive the highest quality products at incredible values.
** SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES [Essential Functions]:
