Perform duties of the Maintenance Department with focus on HVAC, Fire Related Inspections and field technicians' management. Includes the scheduling of maintenance personnel and outside vendors to provide quick and cost-effective service to all Bealls Inc. stores. Coordinate critical tasks and processes within the Bealls Inc. Real Estate department. Interactions will include:
Reports to Sr. Facilities Manager. Extensive interaction with Operations & Corporate Teams and Store Personnel. Intermittent interaction with landlords. Regular interaction with the Director of Construction and Store Maintenance, Real Estate Construction Managers, Real Estate Portfolio Manager, and Lease Property Manager.

Focus on store maintenance requests for HVAC, Fire Alarm, Sprinkler Inspections, Fire Inspections, Fire extinguishers Inspection & Electrical Inspections (as needed) Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for trades mentioned above. Evaluate work order requests; distribute work order requests to maintenance department vendors, and/or to the respective service Bealls team. Request quotes for service work, review quotes for approval and issue orders for approved quotes.

Manage Fire Inspections and violations. Work with local jurisdictions to resolve issues. Vendor management:
