- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective action plans when necessary.
- Provide executive oversight of the organization’s information technology strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and business systems.
- Ensure technology solutions support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.
- Partner with department leaders to identify, prioritize, and implement technology initiatives that improve workflows, donor experience, employee productivity, and data integrity.
- Oversee cybersecurity, disaster recovery, data protection, and business continuity planning.
- Champion innovation through emerging technologies, automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide executive oversight of marketing, branding, public relations, and communications strategies to strengthen community awareness, donor engagement, and organizational reputation.
- Ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational growth objectives, donor recruitment strategies, and community partnerships.
- Collaborate with development and operational leaders to support fundraising campaigns, public education initiatives, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain high‑performing leaders.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish succession planning initiatives within operational departments.
