General Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our operations at our 909 1st St location in Bradenton, United States. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record of driving business success and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and procedures; developing and implementing strategic plans to meet short-term and long-term business objectives; managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures; leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team through effective hiring, training, and performance management; analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge;
ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met consistently; collaborating with other departments and senior management to align local operations with overall company goals; implementing and maintaining quality control and safety standards; and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred; minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a general management or similar leadership role; strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams; superior strategic planning and execution capabilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities; proficiency in operations management and process improvement techniques; a customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service; adaptability and resilience in managing change and addressing challenges; proficiency in relevant business software and tools; and industry-specific knowledge and experience (preferred).
Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and driving. Team members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. Requires valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
