A growing early childhood education center in Bradenton, Florida is seeking an experienced Preschool Center Director to lead the turnaround and growth of a recently acquired school.

We're looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in growth environments, can build strong teams, increase enrollment, and create an exceptional program for children and families.

• Oversee daily center operations
• Hire, train, coach, and retain teachers
• Ensure licensing compliance and program quality
• Support enrollment growth and family engagement
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets
• Create a positive culture for staff and families

• CDA and 40-Hour DCF Training (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a licensed Childcare, Preschool, or Early Childhood Center Director
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with enrollment, budgeting, and staff management

• Experience leading a school turnaround or major growth initiative
• Strong marketing and enrollment mindset
• Financial and operational management experience

• Performance Bonus:
